Heinrich Julius Manfred Alexander Seippel (geb. 22. Januar 1851 in Kristiansand, gest. 22. April 1938 in Oslo) war ein norwegischer Philologe, Orientalist und Bibelübersetzer. Alexander Seippel ist heute vor allem dafür bekannt, etwa die Hälfte der ersten Nynorsk-Bibelübersetzung, der "fyrebilsbibelen" von 1921, übersetzt zu haben.
