We recently discovered a small treasure in the shop: a collection of vintage Icelandic cinema programs from the mid-20th century.

These beautifully designed booklets once accompanied film screenings in Reykjavík cinemas such as Laugarásbíó and Austurbæjarbíó . Printed mostly in the 1950s–1970s , they feature striking typography, bold colors, and local Icelandic titles for international films.

These aren't reproductions, but original cinema treasures, frame-worthy, and increasingly hard to find. Whether you're a film lover, a design nerd, or just someone who appreciates cultural oddities, these pieces make wonderful collectibles and gifts.
