The East Fjords from Reyðarfjörður to Seyðisfjörður. By Hjörleif Guttormsson.
The 2005 FÍ Yearbook covers the central part of the East Fjords from Reyðarfjörður in the south to Seyðisfjörður in the north.
Within this area there are many urban areas, Reyðarfjörður, Eskifjörður, Neskaupsstaður and Seyðisfjörður, but also a few areas that are a paradise for hikers, such as the Gerpis area.
Hjörleifur Guttormsson, the author of the yearbook, is a naturalist and knows the Eastfjords, its natural features, history, geology and human life thoroughly. Hjörleifur also took most of the photographs that adorn the book. Cartography was handled by Guðmundur Ó. Ingvarsson. Editor was Hjalti Kristgeirsson.
