Bósa rhymes. Ólafur Halldórsson created the printing.
The third volume in the series "Icelandic Medieval Rhymes". The rhymes are examples of Icelandic literature around 1500, a time that literature enthusiasts know little about. The content of the rhymes is based on Bós saga and Herrauður, a popular ancient saga, which has recently been published by Sverr Tómassyn (b. 1941), but part of them is based on Sigurður Þögli saga, which Matthew J. Driscoll (b. 1954) has published on behalf of the Árna Institute. It is interesting to compare them with the saga, but for fans of fiction they are also a godsend.
