Heinrich Julius Manfred Alexander Seippel (born January 22, 1851 in Kristiansand, died April 22, 1938 in Oslo) was a Norwegian philologist, orientalist and Bible translator. Alexander Seippel is today best known for having written about half of the first Nynorsk bibeloversettelsen, «fyrebilsbibelen» from 1921.
