Hans Marius Ejdesgaard (1887 in Oyndarfjörður). He was born on September 21, 1887 in Oyndarfjörður, died on March 23, 1966, the son of Andreas Ejdesgaard av Eiði and Elisabeth (née Justinussen) av Glyvrum. Was married to Elsebeth (née Petersen) from Funning. Hans Marius took a teacher's exam at the Føroya Teachers' School in 1908 and was a teacher in various schools for a short time, he also made several trips to the ship. Teacher in Oyndarfjörður 1 October 1919 - 1 October 1952, when he left his job. He was chairman of the parish council 1918-1934 and chairman of the school board for several years. Hans Marius has written the visual plays "Eina myrking" in 1937, the short story "Hitt ævinliga gongeverkið" in 1952 and the short stories "Lívsins rætt" in 1952 and "Ein stjørna er tendråð" in 1962.
