Oleg Titov was born in Krasnoyarsk, Siberia, on April 6, 1967. His father is Nikolai Ivanovich, a handball coach who now lives in Reykjavík, and his mother is Taisia ​​Ivanovna, a doctor in Krasnoyarsk. Oleg studied astrology in Krasnodar. He began playing basketball at the age of nine and later handball and played for SKÍF-Krasnodar from 1985 to 1995, when he attacked Iceland on August 1, which he considers his luckiest day.
