These are our wildernesses,
wilderness of reindeer, lynx and partridge.
When late takes over
and the swallow is a gnat
We long for spring like everyone else.
But when the sun melts the felt
and growth is accelerating this year,
our joy of life awakens
and drives the filly to the door.
Here we want to live our own way.
in harmony with land and God and men,
