"We Christian the Tenth, by the grace of God, King of Iceland and Denmark, Winda and Gauta, Duke of Schleswig, Holstein, Stormær, Thetmerski, Lånborg and Aldinborg
Let us make known: Since the Prime Minister, on behalf of Our Ministry, has submitted to Us a proposal to dissolve the Althingi as it now exists, and since We have today most graciously agreed to this proposal, We hereby propose and order the following:
The current Althingi is dissolved.
After this, all stakeholders must behave in a civil manner.
Done at Christiansborg Palace on 13 April 1931.
