The glacier writings of Þórður Þorkelsson Vídalín are here translated and photocopied from Hamburgisches Magazin oder gesamlete schriften aus der naturforschung und den angemmelen wissenschaften überhaupt, volume 13, Hamburg and Leipzig 1754. The translation was done by Gísli Ásmundsson, a teacher.
The photo printing was handled by Litbrá hf, while the typesetting and other printing work was done by Prentsmiðjan Hólar hf. The book is printed in 200 copies.
