Ernest Thompson Seton (1860-1949) was a Canadian naturalist, writer, and poet. He was born in England, but lived on the edge of the Canadian forests from 1866 to 1949. He studied at the University of Toronto. He then went to England and studied at the Royal College of Art there.
ET Seton was best known for his books on the lives of game animals and for founding the United States Hunters' Association. ET Seton wrote numerous books on hunting and game animals.
This is the only book by ET Seton that has been translated into Icelandic.
