Guðrún Sigurðardóttir was born in Torfufell in Eyjafjörður and comes from good and honest people.
Guðrún believes that she first began to show significant mediumship abilities in 1952, and since then she has had regular meetings at least once a month with a small group of colleagues. These meetings sometimes last for three hours and the medium is in a trance the entire time. The readings that this book conveys have been recorded on tape between 1954 and 1957. (Cover text).
