The first edition is printed in a total of 530 copies; 100 copies are printed on Mellotex Exporto Twinwire Offset Cartridge paper from Spicers, London, and these copies are numbered and signed by the translator. The book is printed and bound at Prentsmiðjan Hólar and Hólabókbandi, after a title by Hafsteinn Guðmundsson, with a cover design by Hörður Ágústsson. Copy no. 75 .
