This is Ingi Steinar's second book of poetry, but in 1996 he published his debut, the book Sólskin. Mér líð vel. Þekrá þúr fyrir, divided into three chapters called Hvunndagsljóð, Úr stundaglasinu and Essí heimur. Ingi Steinar is often present in his poems, some of which have a salty taste, others are based on reflections from everyday life where fish are often hidden under a stone when you look closely. Quite a few of the poems in the book draw their references to nature and outdoor activities or even pure nature worship.
