Now I am happy with my name. Nordic humorous verses by various authors. Collected and listed by Rósberg G. Snædal.

This is four issues, here in one book.
Contents: 1. Now laughter is newly awakened (1st ed. 1954); 2. Now crying is reluctant (1st ed. 1960); 3. Now I am cheerful to my name (1st ed. 1949); 4. Now I am modest (1st ed.).

A well-known "atomic poet" was telling his friend that he had started writing at the age of seven and promised him to hear the first verse he had written. It was, of course, the most ridiculous, but still rhymed correctly.
- When I compare this verse with my poems now, I am filled with disgust, said the poet.

You can say like the old women: "It was me who had the hair," the friend replied.
