Þórður Helgason is an energetic and lively poet, and four of his poetry books from 1989-1995 have been unavailable for some time. Nykur is now publishing them in hardcover, in addition to Þórður's latest poetry book, entitled Einn. Þórður has for years been a poetry instructor at the University of Iceland, the Icelandic College of Education, and the University's Continuing Education.
