Verizon Dahl was born in Sandágerði in 1918 and died in 2007. At the age of 15, he went to Denmark to go to school and took a student exam in Sorø in 1937. After that he only lived for a short time in the Faroes.
For a large part of his life, he worked as a publishing consultant for the Danish publishing house Gyldendal. In addition to producing, he has also built many lakes. He is one of our most experienced breeders and has given a lot of breeding sleep. In 1973 and 1979 he received MA Jacobsen's Mentanarvíðirslön.
