Greenlanders
In Greenland, greedy people live,
which eats an abundance of seals.
Men carry gun barrels,
because winter is coming soon.
They devour frozen fish,
it suits them all the better.
But a fork, a knife, and a plate of porridge
No Greenlander appreciates.
They wear strange brocades made of skins
and a fox fur coat.
They don't know how to recite a book,
but the meat is roasted on a fire.
Men often change women,
they buy and sell, the grown-ups.
People always need something new and new.
