Sveins Rímur Múkssonar by Kolbein Grímsson. Printed by Björn K. Þórólfsson.
Gagar's poem – Kolbeinslag.
Kolbeinn Grímsson, a poet of the Jöklari (c. 1600- - c. 1683) composed the third rhyme of Sveinn Múksson in this manner. Sveinn Múkason's rhymes were composed in the mid-17th century and Kolbeinn is most likely the author of the manner. Kolbeinn himself calls this manner Kolbeinslag in the final verse of the eighteenth rhyme in Grettisrím, but he composed these rhymes somewhat later than Sveinn Múksson's rhymes.
There stood a palace on a wide field,
was the one high and wide to see,
all covered with Þjassi bald,
The villages around there are small.
