The starting point of the book is paper. The title refers to the traditional subtitle "works on paper" which usually applies to drawings, prints and watercolors where the paper serves solely as a medium. The focus here, however, is on the paper itself, where the medium is either dealt with as a material or in a conceptual way. The book contains a short text, a reflection on paper, as well as 30 works of art that all revolve around paper. The book itself is made of different types of paper and many pages are left blank, which aims to give its readers a further sense of the material.

The book Works on Paper was published on the occasion of an exhibition of the same name at i8 Gallery from September 5th to October 19th, 2013.
